ZP420 series rotary tablet press is a new type of tablet press machine recently developed by our company. Application:
This machine is a double-press type continuous automatic tablet press machine for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemistry, foodstuff, electronic industries and suitable for pressing a variety of tablets, such as: medicine tablets, candy tablets, calcium tablets, camphor pills, slat tablets and powder metallurgy products.

- Double press type with high productivity, suitable for mass production of tablets.
- HMI operation interface is rich and friendly which can display real-time working pressure, rotating speed, output counter, real-time position of main pressure wheel & filling track, etc.
- Made of stainless steel, the housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer so that the turret surface is wear resistant.
- Adopt transparent windows, tableting state can be observed clearly. The windows can be opened, cleaning and maintenance is easy.
- The machine is equipped with pressure sensor, which can display the working pressure in real time and the machine can stop automatically in case of overpressure.
- Speed adjustable, operation simple and running reliable.
- Adopt automatic lubrication system which can fully lubricate the pressure wheels, tracks and punches, so as to extend the machine service life.
- Adopt powerful motor and high-precision reducer, achieve high torque stable & strong power output.
